I went to a few pages and found that I like. the dog-training-negligible COM now (point). But these books work? I went to the library but the books seem to have old content. Have you been to this site or have purchased from them before you buy?

I highly recommend anything by Ian Dunbar…. and his material, which is considered to be on the forefront… may be 30 years old for some things….
What all methods should tell you is that pups want a clean bed and meal area. Therefore, they will look for a distant toilet area… based on smell. So, you should lead them to an area, and put a little of their smell where you want them to go… … Wash accidents with vinegar, not ammonia (ammonia smells like urine)… And recognize that puppies can hold it only 1 hour for every month of age…

Good Owners, Great Dogs is an excellent book for new puppy owners. It covers house training along with lots of other stuff.

For 30 minutes to leave water out when the same time give your puppy will teach your puppy start sniffing around in one.

Save yourself the money of buying a book. Search for Crate training for puppies on the net. This is by far the best way to house train a puppy.
